(hereinafter, the “Corporation”) informs you, through this privacy policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”), about the processing of personal data that the Corporation may carry out in the context of browsing the website accessible through www.antoniestevesubirana.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, the “Website”), including through the social media profiles where the Corporation has a profile, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales), (hereinafter, the “LOPDGDD”).

Academic Chair activities: by virtue of the collaboration agreements that the Corporation enters into with various educational institutions such as, for example, the University of Barcelona, under which various activities, events, and conferences are organised, your data may be processed exclusively by the collaborating educational entities, which shall be solely responsible for managing and executing the requests or petitions of data subjects associated with the Chair.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Corporation may process the personal data of those subjects whose images are to be published on the Website or on the Corporation´s social media profiles for the purpose of requesting the corresponding authorisation.
The legal basis legitimising the processing is the consent of the data subjects whose data are processed, which may be withdrawn at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.
